CEO, Frank Gay, and Founder, John Gafford, discuss The Simply Group.
Gavin Ernstone started selling real estate in London, England back in 1987.
Gavin quickly established a foothold in the Vegas market as one of the top luxury agents with personal annual sales in excess of $150,000,000. In 2010, Simply Vegas was founded and together with partner John Gafford, they built the number one boutique luxury brokerage in Las Vegas with sales in 2020 topping $1.4 billion. Simply Vegas entered the mortgage and escrow/title industries with their brands – Clear Title and Streamline Home Loans. Thus, The Simply Group was formed.
Gavin is also an established race car driver and team owner. He competes for Audi in IMSA’s Michelin Pilot Challenge Series.
John Gafford is one of two Owner’s of the largest boutique luxury real estate company in Nevada. Simply Vegas boasts over 400 real estate agents and does 3800 transactions annually with a volume of over a billion dollars. The Simply Vegas family of companies also includes Clear Title, an escrow and closing company, and Streamline Home Loans. Prior to his career in real estate, John was a successful entrepreneur building and exiting successful businesses in the hospitality, insurance, and tech spaces. This experience and success culminated in being selected over 1.8 million applicants by Donald Trump to compete on the third season of NBC’s “The Apprentice” John, a native Floridan, attended the Florida State University and is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. John Relocated to Las Vegas in 2006 and lives in Henderson happily with his wife and two children. He is a sought-after contributor, speaker, and consultant in the real estate space.
Chief Executive Officer
Frank Gay has been a Global Real Estate Executive for over twenty-five years, working across multiple facets in the real estate industry. As The Simply Group’s CEO, Frank’s primary objective is to build a network of premier real estate brokerage partners across North America, providing vertical integration in Mortgage, as well as in Title & Escrow. His mission for the company is to reimagine the real estate brokerage landscape by leading the Industry with real growth solutions that will help companies offset their shrinking margins brought on by the downward pressure of company dollar and disruptive commission reductions.
Principal – Mortgage
Jonathan Jacobs is a founder and President of Streamline Home Loans. Under his leadership, the company has grown by more than 550% in the last 12 months in both volume and employee count, and is projected to fund over $375,000,000 in the next year, just over two years since inception. Prior to Streamline, Mr. Jacobs successfully ran and operated other mortgage ventures and led them to similar growth.
A 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Jacobs founded, created, and currently operates the Jacobs Group – a high-volume real estate sales group at one of Nevada’s leading brokerages. He has been named a Top 40 Under 40 Agent in Las Vegas by Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors three times, thereby inducting him into the Hall of Fame, as well as multiple Top 250 Hispanic Agents awards in the Nation out of more than 50,000 agents by the NAHREP.
National Director of Operations – Title
Greg Hulett, is a veteran in the Title and Escrow industry with a proven track record of helping brands build a presence across the industry. As National Director of Operations for Clear Title and with over twenty years’ experience, Greg is known for helping, educating, and supporting clients as they move through their home buying journey. Driven by amiableness, Greg’s passion for camaraderie can be traced back to college, where he was elected captain of the University of Nevada football team. As a leader Greg specializes in motivating his team to always imagine, believe, and achieve.
National Director, Growth and Development
Terri is an accomplished real estate industry leader. She began her career first as an internationally recognized sales professional, and then went on to build her own brokerage and mortgage businesses. She has supported the successes of others across the country as a consultant and coach, in addition to working in real estate franchise and brand development over the past thirteen years. Terri’s true passion is supporting the growth and development of others, both personally and professionally; championing individuals to rise to their highest potential.
Team Operations Manager
Randa Garvey has worked in Corporate Hospitality and Administration in Las Vegas for over 15 years. In that time, she has been instrumental to Executive Leadership in Corporate Legal and Philanthropy where she gained her passion for working in fast paced and structured environments. Randa believes in leading by example with a mind set of “Everyone has a purpose and something great to add, being a team player might just be the most important!”
